Dayum, I was hoping this would work out. Fingers crossed he may just be delayed in posting
I would suggest however that if anyone feels they are not getting anywhere and if the seller is being unresponsive after a long period of time, start a claim.

The Paypal service is to claim within 45 days of the payment, so please make sure you claim within that timeframe if you are not getting any response from the seller. If you leave it beyond 45 days Paypal will not help you.

I still waiting for and answer, but nothing. I scaled my claim to Dispute on payapal on march 14 and I am waiting that paypal make an investigation.

I don´t think that is the case, becuase paypal recived answer from he in order to advance with the dispute, so how is possible that he can answer to paypal, but not to us.

but anyways, i just hope that paypal can help to resolve this issue.

sounds like you're going to have an answer soon, in my case i still on the first stage because he contact paypal and gave and UsPS tracking number as evidence of been sent the package, but the tracking number is for some package delivered in US and I am not in US. So i have to wait that Paypal make an investigation.

Hey just to let everyone know,I bought the Predator EX 2 Diorama from him for $120..If anyone of you has received this in the mail,Please let me know..I never did get a tracking number so Iam just wondering if he sent it to a different address..But then again why dont he answer his emails..Boy this really shows you NEVER PAY for a item with Paypal and send it as a gift just because he has great feedback.

Gah that is not good at all friend, since so many recent people are having troubles getting answers out of him. Sending as a gift might mean you are screwed into getting your item or your money back. Id contact paypal immediatly and explain the situation to see if there was a way possible to get your money back.
