Yeah let's see, cause the one SS gave us looks like crap IMO.
I think you guys may be missing what Memnoch's saying; it's not a new head and dress for ANH Leia, it's the Boussh head and costume on the ANH body, Memnoch mentioned it to me once because the ANH figure is a fair ammount shorter than Boushh and it'd help Boushh match better to be properly scaled.

Maybe that Boussh looks even better with the Carbonite Han. Still haven't decided if I want him.

No, I understand. I have a Boussh with DA repainted head and would love any other pointers to make her look more accurate.

After stuff settles I'll try and get some snaps of her. I have to say, the difference may not be immediately noticable but I believe the height difference is about half an inch.
Half an inch makes a world of difference, in my opinion, particularly when displayed next to other SW figs.

Hahaha better late than never! Here is my Boussh/Boushh Leia on the ANH Leia body. I have Sparrow and Indy next to her because A. that's how I have them displayed right now and B. It gives you an idea of the size.
What's making Indy look taller than Sparrow?

Could be that Indy and Leia are on their stands, Sparrow is standing free.
Was curious if there was modding, Sparrow's a tall figure. Boushh looks good. Great figure, I only wish the helmet could sit a bit lower onto the shoulders than it does, my only gripe with it.

Nope, no modding. I actually got it off Josh (DA) so it was only repainted. With Leia on the ANH body it makes a WORLD of difference because it makes her seem shorter and stalkier. If I could get the helmet lower I would, but I dunno if I would have to mod the neck or just the adapter.
My guess is, shortening the adpater is all it would take. As it is, it pretty much lines up right with the bottom of the helmet, so when it's on the neck it's elevated, if it were up higher in the helmet the body neck would go in more too. Kinda risky though I suppose, not a deal breaking detail worth all the trouble.

Well Sean it's something I'm willing to try as this is an extra Leia. I have not touched my exclusive, however this one will take it's place. I was actually thinking about possibly deepening the connector inside the adapter. Something to plan out I guess.
If you're willing, go for it, be very curious to see the results.
