I know this is off thread but wow those are some of the dumbest cops EVER. They never once before putting their hands on him say a single word to him. Then once they had him down with that many cops on him and it they actually used a tazer that is a major no no and is excessive use of force. Any cops that are worth anything with 4-5 of them could have easily turned him over and cuffed him, that guy wanted to use the tazer gun it was evident by the fact he had it out and aimed immediately after he was grabbed.
