I don't know about a shark... but if you have the Bruce Maquette from Jaws I think that would make a great jumping display

Now I'm sure we could find the blue shorts... but what about 1/6 water skis?

I just realized if we get this figure going we NEED the shark!!

I used to do a lot of work for Safari, LTD. They make a lot of animal figures. I punched up the line with higher quality work for a couple of years. Most of the good newer stuff from them is mine. If you see crappy Safari sculpts those are generally older and not mine! There was an interal shakeup there a year and a half ago and I didn't have time to stick around through the train wreck so I opted to not continue our relationship. Oh, well, I got some nice small scale animal work out of it!

You can see a few of them on my website in the "Animals" category. The Bison is a favorite of mine. I never did a shark, but I'm sure Safari has a few versions..... Just a thought!

That's funny; I've been buying a bunch of miniature marine life for a film project I'm working on including some Safari products, Schleich also. I pick them up mainly at the Red Balloon Toy Store. I've seen your Buffalo and almost picked it up! That was my favorite animal as a child and I had one similar to that way back then when I was collecting these (I think it may have been Breyer that was producing them back then). I like your Bison sculpt! I also like your Cape Buffalo you have on your website but have yet to see that in the stores. I will get one of those when I do find one. I love the Cape! They fight for their young and will face up to the big cat predators.

So, I did some work to try and get a Fonze jacket in 1/6. Basically I took the jacket from the Connor McCleod figure (thanks Buttmunch) and removed the studs and gave it 3 coats of paint to go from this:

It's not 100%, but pretty close. Not positive how dark it should be, but his jacket is definitely a dark brown. Biggest issue is the pockets (while the correct orientation) are off. And the holes look bad in the picture... but really aren't noticeable in person.

This looks great! If I don't have one already I'm gonna hunt down a Connor figure. I knew that Highlander crap would come in handy some day.

BTW, I did realize that MWD is Men With Dolls... but I'm not a member over there. I could start a thread, but I'm concerned it would be a bit suspect as I'd be a complete newb.

Honestly and i've thought about joining, i've always loved the Fonz but not enough to make a custom though. Just being honest.

I'm sure this one will be a beauty when finished! BTW the body and clothing looks pretty damn close too, very well done! I never thought a (Street) connor would benefit anyones collection

BTW, the hands I have for Fonz right now are in a semi grip and the thumb, while not up I think could be modded to be doing a thumbs up.
