Thank you for photos Don. There's more to like than not with this statue. Not too fond of the eye makeup, but it is definitely better than they eye makeup on my 1/4 Sweet Pea. Still looking forward to getting it.

The flash probably helped seeing the markings. It is very subtle.

i was waiting to see some in hand photos first before i jumped on board this, but after seeing the pics from don, i'm in. i think it looks pretty good minus some aspects, but overall its nice. just went on sideshow and ordered one now.

my sweet pea is sweet! Still the most detail statue own. The pics of Aayla is great! But the eye make up I hope looks better in person. Other than that the rest if fine with me.

I think you may be right whew! This one I really wanted and after seeing the pics it should be ok as a keeper. finally Aayla!

The one thing that does bother me (and pics won't help this) is the sleeve that I think is too short. I wish it were longer to be more near her hand.

As was already mentioned, paint app is sloppy in some areas. Primarily the brown straps around the lekku and the eyes.

Still looks good overall.

I'm sorry to say this, but I really think she looks bad in-hand. There's no excuse for a sloppy paint job when dealing with collectibles in this price range. The fact that these have passed QC says a whole lot about Sideshow.

I really hope that Shaak Ti will be better. I really hope that any future piece will be better than this. Else, I'm completely going to quit pre-ordering stuff. I'd rather pay extra to get a piece that I know is done right.

7 smothered with drag queen purple paint actually, ryan, and one like yours where there was far more purple over one eye than the other. My final one wasn't any better than the others, but GG offered me a 50% discount to keep it. From the photos I've seen around the net, the eye makeup looks better here. Though, still not perfect.

Thanks for the pics don. She looks really good and I'm even more excited to get mone now. I don't know what the complainong is about. These r some of the best face paint apps ov seen in a whi le from ss. I mean her eyes r pointing in the same direction...come on. Thats full of win for us long time collectors

I just checked mine again, and mine does not have far more purple on one eye than the other, so I'm not really sure what you're referring to.

My SP's eyes, look great. Now, if you think Aayla's uneven, jagged eyeliner looks better, that's cool, because it's your opinion. I'm not arguing your opinion, I just don't agree.
