These r some of the best face paint apps ov seen in a whi le from ss. I mean her eyes r pointing in the same direction...come on. Thats full of win for us long time collectors

She looks good but I have to agree the paint app on the leather straps could be better. Also it is very hard to see her lekku markings in the photos, I only hope they stand out more in person. Overall I like it so far and can't wait to have her squaring off against Talon.

The straps could likely be cleaned up with some wash application on the sides of the straps near the skin, this gives it that depth that is needed. You can see this in the proto pics online. I am really worried about Shaak Ti because you know the proto used this process for the pearls. That is the face details were likely primed black and then painted over to give that depth and distinction among the details. Imagine how awful the pearls will look if some guy's job for the month was painting white dots on these. I am sensing a repaint in my future.

+1 sideshow on the new saber tech (highfive) really impressive.
The app isn't that bad, Don shots are close up and with flash so of course you'll see some paint imperfections

I'm going to have to see the face in person to decide for sure. It does look sloppy around the eyes. Still the cleavage is non existent?!?!

Thanks, but even R2 said the chances of getting an Aayla with good paint app from SideShow is 725 to 1.

But he's been known to make mistakes...

I wonder if someone can do a custom top for Aayla? I just don't like how high the shirt goes. Even in the comic art it was not like this.

Yes second wave pics looks great! I'm happy to say I'm keeping this one. Overall the paint looks pretty nice in the darker lights.
