Seeing all these great photos makes me feel like I'm missing out on displaying such an awesome figure. Need to put some time aside this weekend to finally get Aragorn out of the box and in my detolf.

Keep the pics coming, everyone.

LOOKS Awesome stshammgod...how did you treat hair??

Thanks! I was a tad nervous, but it came styled a bit. From everything I'm hearing, everyone's is different in the hair dept. Some are styled, some not. Some are really long, some the right length. For me, I had to 1.) strategically (and carefully) trim long ends of hair (including bangs) and areas that were a tad bulky and long and 2.) use a small amount of DAX to help give it a bit more life and hold position a bit better.

One thing I did notice, at least with mine is that in certain spots, if the hair pieces aren't laying right, you can see the scalp underneath. Thankfully if so, it's at least colored darker. At least I think so.

Finally received mine, proceeded to trim the hair a bit then style it.
AWESOME, awesome figure, with capital letters.
This is some of the best tailoring I've seen in this scale.

my only criticism is how much weathering they did on the cloak. The elven cloak is supposed to remain clean, but oh well, depending on how you use it, you can hide the paint smudges.

Definitely one of the best figures in my collection

Opening mine as I type. Really impressed so far. Sort of on edge putting the dagger and sword sheath through the belt loop though. Not even going to bother with the quiver.

My hair turned out nice with product already on it, not too long at all. Probably just going to wet it a bit and do the loom band trick. The actual head sculpt turned out great, I just don't like the grey/black splotches between his eye sockets by the nose. Makes him look tired or something.

Overall, great piece. I'm still putting it together, so I'll post more of my thoughts later. If I had two nitpicks, it would be the body (don't like it as much as a true type), and the red/brown/orange mess on the Lothlorien cloak.

EX arrived today from BBTS. Looks fantastic. Definitely one of the best production 1:6 I've seen. Hair probably needs a little but not bad out of the package. Unfortunately this one won't come out for display for quite some time.

Tyrion Lannister came today as well. GoT Line is off to a great start.

I need to pick him up too before he's sold out. Ned can't get here soon enough, and I wish they would hurry up with the preorder for Jon Snow.
