Its not. This movie was utterly disapointing. I was BORED during the final battle. I was ready for the movie to end after the first rescue mission. So for them to make me bored in an action movie is saying just how bad this was. The acting was bad and the dialouge very wooden. Both of them combined makes Star Wars look Oscar worthy.

You do know that the original Star Wars was nominated for the Oscar for best picture in '77 right? It only lost to Annie Hall because it wasn't considered a mainstream film and Woody Allen was really popular at the time.

My only nitpick is the director appears to have played to much Modern Warfare, when you see the movie you'll know what I mean.

Nah, they've been talking about a CODMW film for a while now. And with as well as the Resident Evil movies have done, its only a matter of time before they make the CODs into movies too.

Michael Bay has to direct it. No human can pull off the insane action, and cliche plot devices in that movie.

The entire series is one big Bay homage.

Honestly this movie looks dumb, don't like the fact of real soldiers in a dumb Hollywood action movie. If l want to watch real soldiers l will watch a war documentary and see some real combat footage of these guys in real action, not Hollywood action.

Saw this tonight with my pops and we really enjoyed it...the plot was something to be desired, but we went in for the action and the explosions and got plenty of it. Good flick
