That's good news, as I have more faith in these writers from the Penguin show than I do from the first movie.

My money is on Clock King, but Egghead and King Tut are also strong contenders.
Two-Face or Freeze or Scarecrow would be my guesses. I know, been there done that.

Was thinking about this earlier - they absolutely have to have Dent / Two Face in the trilogy, he’s too big a character to not feature, particularly with the mob storyline being so prominent. But I can’t see them making two face the main villain in Batman II as they would need to establish Dent first. So that leaves the possibility of establishing Dent as the DA in the second and then him going through his transformation toward the end or even in the third. But that would make Batman III with two face and joker too similar to TDK in the villain lineup department.
So yeah scratching my head on this.
With them having mentioned Batman II will be in the winter, it could well be MR. Freeze.
court of owls has been suggested too but it feels too early for that
