Are people taking those "Honest trailers" seriously?...:slap

If they are, I'd recommend the "Avengers Haters Assemble" video. LOL @ the Beverly Hills Chihuahua girl.

Yep. His near destruction of the entire SHIELD helicarrier showed how badass he was and how lucky they were to have him as a good guy. I like Renner but it's always tacky to see a famous multimillionaire complaining that their "make a living by dressing up as a larger than life superhero" gig wasn't "good enough" for them.

That's not what he said. If you read the ENTIRE interview and not just the excepts that most articles have, you'd see that he doesn't put the role down or that he regrets doing it, just the opposite. He had signed on for the role long before it was even written and he wasn't expecting to play a bad guy for most of the movie.

And he didn't become a multi-millionaire till Borne, and he got 5 million for that.

I guess people have to find something to hate on, and I guess he/Hawkeye got picked. :pfft:

Aside from Ween who were the other 2 to vote for Hawkeye? :lol

JenJen for one. Not sure who the other one was. Probably afraid of taking a bashing for it if they admit it.

Oh baby! :naughty

Laughed so much at this honest trailer, "LEATHER BOOBS" :rotfl

That is a good one! :lol

You literally don't have to reach for any of that. It's all on the surface if you're not blind. They aren't saying the film was bad. They're just pointing out how stupid a lot of the **** was. Pew pews and pows pows blind a lot of people. You could do this with almost every film ever made.

But I like the Pew pews and pows pows! So..... :pfft: :lol

Appears so. I didn't watch the Batman one but I'd say both of them give haters of each more ammo. Both films were good and for me and my dollar The Avengers was the best. If folks want to disagree thats fine but I really don't give a darn.

Just so you know I didn't bring it up as a bashing, I think Hawkeye is awesome too. I suppose if he'd had a "dat ass" he'd be more popular :lol

I loved both films but the spoof trailers are just a bit of fun. Too many folk sipping from a barrel of nerd rage around here, life's too short :D

Actually it's your boy Renner who's choosing to do the "hating" right now. I *liked* his character but apparently he was disappointed because it wasn't the superhero gig he signed up for. Remind me to hold a candlelight vigil for the poor fellow later tonight.

I'm thinking a lot of that is taken out of context: https://herocomplex.latimes.com/201...jeremy-renner-on-avengers-action-and-more/#/0

Then why did she post a link to an out-of-context fragmented interview and then take issue with the fact that it made him look bad? :lol

Nevertheless I'm glad to see that he didn't go full prima dona and that he did appreciate dealing with the (still awesome) hand that was dealt to him.

Let's put this back in context: he's the Screech of the Avengers.

:peace

Because apparently some people just read a single article taking a portional quote out of context and not bothering to read the whole interview the quote was taken from, despite it being linked. *points finger* :lol

I know you didn't. It was asked before. Not sure who asked though.

Apple bottom. :lol

Wow 4 pages arguing about a funny trailer poking fun at a movie.

Sometimes I forget how sad it can be here.
