Really shines some light on Ward shooting the vegetable man to keep him quiet. I'm thinking Victoria Hand is obvious as Hydra, maybe too obvious. Maybe she knows who the traitor is and will be a good guy but I doubt it

Yeah, I'm guessing Ward as well. The preview show him fighting a bunch of people, could be that he was made and now is fighting against the team. Also, he is missing from this picture from next tuesday's episode:

I'm watching this right now. I like how they used the same thing Fury used to cut through the ground and scape the Winter Soldier, and later what Hill used to free Cap and the Black Widow.

Well? What did everyone think? I liked it, but at the same time I thought they made one twist too many. They should have left it at Paxton being the traitor IMO. I don't like Ward, but him being Hydra makes no sense at all. Unless he is brainwashed ala the Winter Soldier. Maybe he is the Summer Soldier.
Plot holes:
1.) I hate it when bad guys so blatantly slip up like Paxton did when he talked about Raina torturing Coulson. The dude keeps a secret for years and then suddenly slips up. Convienent.
2.) Why does Ward fight those soldiers in the hallway? Why not just turn Skye over to them?
3.) Skye doesn't think to ask Ward for the flash drive back that contains all the ships files?
4.) Victoria Hand asks Ward to kill Paxton after they get on the plane. Dumb and out of character for a character who was described as such a hardass. Shoot him yourself.
At least Raina is back next week.

Did not see that coming. Even agfter Ward asked to escort. Thought this was a very well laid out episode, love how they layered it with WS parallel events, definitely felt this is how integration should go in this show.

The way Coulson and Ward looked at each as they where leading Paxton out makes me think Ward is pretending to go along. Fitz could have rigged one of those ice guns to shot blood squibs. Wouldn't be surprised to see Hand again. I was really afraid to watch this episode as I haven't seen Winter Soldier yet.

I like your theory. I did see the exchange between Ward and Coulson too, only I thought it was Coulson starting to suspect Ward. There was also the scene where we see Coulson tell Ward something but we don't actually hear it. It was done to lead the audience to believe Coulson was telling Ward that Paxton was a traitor. Maybe he was handing him the gun and telling him what he had to do to gain Paxton's trust and find out more about Hydra.
The only potential "flaw" I see in your theory is if Ward is faking it, then why would Paxton go along with it. Surely he would know if his former trainee was Hydra or not. No?

Nah, those were real bullets. The look and sound different when shot. Paxton would know if those were icers. One dude got hit right in the head, and Ward put 3 bullets on Hand. She's a goner.
Good episode, but looks like the show will continue to be related to SHIELD, at least until the last episode. Curious to see how this ends.

I saw that more as Ward "choosing" a side, like the deal Garrett (better?) offered Fitz. He sees an opportunity to join HYDRA and grabs it by helping Garrett escape.
