I think there were production issues with the skin resin material they wanted to use for the whole LSF line. I would be surprised if we ever see Obi-Wan again.

Very true. I know they were really excited about the skin material. I think they were trying some sort of silicon material and were bragging about how well it could up. I wouldn't b surprised if its a case were mass production changed the story

We got confirmation that he's still coming out, but it may be a while longer...

The project is not dead! It's still alive and Obi-Wan should be available for order sometime in the future (hopefully before the end of 2013).
