hmm I would think 4 times would be more accurate. I don't think an LSF would be non-hollow. Thicker casting, yes, but it'll still be hollow at its core.

If both formats are hollow and the casting of the 1:2 is twice as thick as that of the 1:4 (which would be logical as it would need to be stronger to support the heavier structure), you would still have to multiply by 8. If for example the casting only need to be 25% thicker, we would then have to multiply by 5. It all depends on the strength of the material used for the casting. I'm sure there is a SideshowFreak engineer somewhere who could tell us approximately how much thicker the casting would have to be to support that kind of statue.

But if, for example, we're talking about clothes that would be as thick on both formats then yes we would then have a "2-dimension" situation where we would only have to multiply by 4 for this part of the statue.

hmm, but female PFs are rarely hollow, if ever. I should know. Seen my fair share of broken pieces. Only large (male) pieces like Rhino and Hulk maquette bucked the trend. So there. :1-1: Anyway, it's getting a little mathy in here huh. LOL

I loved last years version, the pale skin, the face... I even got to like the boots, which I didn't at first. I've been waiting ever since for the pre-orders to start. The only thing I would have changed was the hips. But I'm happy for the complainers and that they got the changes they wanted, and hope it'll find a nice home in their collections. ... I'll be looking forward to the PF for now.

I know it's off topic, but have they shown anything of the LSF Indy since last year? I can't seem to find anything.

I captured some better pictures from a new video, and I've linked the video (she starts at 9min) at the bottom.

Her skin and eyes look incredible!

Awesome. She looks really nice in that pic. Gorgeous eye shadow! I think they just need to tighten the suit on her updated sculpt and this is good to go.
