That ain't actually much of a lazy eye, since she has similar patches of white —for lack of a better wording— by the right side of her irises (from our angle).
She's slightly looking to her left and human eyes are not always completely symmetrical when looking to the side, so I'd say that's a normal-looking rendition of her.
Now this, on the other hand...

Oh of course. I will return her for a replacement. Sideshow will not be able to sell me a lazy eye statue. IF it doesn't work out with a second sculpt, then I will find a regular version elsewhere. I don't need the ex for this as I'm not into prints like some people.

Not sure if an exchange will be accepted as the commercial pics already have shown this defect.
You are supposing the base model doesn't have the lazy eye problem... which is not the case.

The base model shows the eye to the side a bit, but the photo of the persons in hand has the eye all the way over. It's further over than what is pictured on ssc's site.

I think all of them will have the lazy eye to some degree seeing as it was slightly out even on the prototype, it's just something were going to have to either live with or correct ourselves...
Personally I don't think it's too bad this time but I just can't get my head around how it keeps happening. It's like they take care getting all the other elements of the statues right and then hand it over to Stevie Wonder for the eyes...
I'm still going to keep my fingers crossed that I get a "good" one though.
