Yap! It is the game from the creators of Max Payne 1 and 2!!!
And it looks very Stephen King like now, some sort of RIGHT "Alone in the dark" of 2000th. Awesome! Hope that they'll release it on PC in a year.

Is Spring 2010 enough time for them to finish? To be safe, I would have suggested their PR and marketing teams shoot for "Sometime before the world ends", Otherwise known as Spring 2012.

I actually wonder what the budget is for Alan Wake. The damn game has been in development for half a freaking decade, the development costs must be piling up...into a mountain.

There's no way this game can be canceled, especially in this economy. They'd rush it out in the worst case scenario.

We have had the pleasure of watching the recent video for Alan Wake. Let us be the first to tell you that this game is not to be missed. But where is it? Why is it missing? Well look no further. We are reporting here first the exact date that this game will come out. It is set to come out December 31st 2012 only if the end of the world comes to fruition the week prior. A source close to the developer confirmed this release date. When asked why that date he replied: "We wanted to shoot for December 31st 2012 only if the world does in fact end because this game actually will never come out. Should the world not end the date of the release will be back up in the air.". Pretty interesting stuff. Be sure to follow up here as we hope to be reporting some more updates sometime soon.
