If Ramen/Ace got a cease and desist for their Top Gun figures, will the same fate end up happening with the DID 1/6 Top Gun figures too?

This is great. I loved this line when I was a kid. Not sure that I can afford (either space or money) to get into another line. But...this is sooooo tempting.
