I actually like a lot of Japanese and Korean rock. Rap sounds bad in any language - but, I am fascinated by this song though...

Well most rap comes off as lame as manufactured, at least mainstream rap, wherever you go.

But there's lots of great Eastern/Asian rock bands.

the basist in my band back in the day was filipino, prolly the most talented of us all.. culturewise i still think something gets lost in translation and looks more like a parody.. and as someone said, this goes both ways.
