I grabbed all three of the wave 1 Movie Masters yesterday at TRU. Cool stuff, and thankfully Tomar came with a stand (bloody chicken legs!). My fave of the three has to be Rot Lop Fan 'cause he's so different. He's a pain to stand, I wish they would've used sturdier plastic for his feet and hands.

I scoped the 4" figs as well, they all have some cool constructs. TRU is planning an exclusive set of these, correct? I've seen pics of people pairing the constructs with their 6" DCU, can anyone confirm if they fit well? If so that accessory pack is a definite sale.

Saw some GL figures at tru. Tempted to get the tru exclusive movie masters 2 pack, but not for $39.

I saw them too. They look like a cross between the movie and the comics...decent movie-likeness head sculpted with strange, gangly-proportioned bodies (the humans) and kind of dull looking paint/detailing on the aliens.

Minimal articulation on the basic figures and damn! $9.00 a pop for 'em!

Wemt ahead and picked up wave two of the dc universe green lantern classics. Got Carol Ferris, Skallox , and the 3 pack. Might pick up the other three to finish off Stel. Got upper chest, right leg, and left arm.

I think the movie masters green lantern figures look great, I say that, but I only bought Hal, but having seen the other two in person I can say that most pictures just don't do these figures justice, you have to see them in person,

that's a good likeness of Reynolds right there, and on a 6? inch figure that's amazing. I love the paint on these figures, The way it shines and all, as I said, you just need to see the movie masters in person. Also, don't buy the 12 inch movie Hal, he has no elbow joints and lets face it, I figure that cant bend its elbows is pretty useless.

Got ahold of some things yesterday and today. Dont really wanna pull them from the display, so here goes the shots (w/new pointed out).

Went back and forth deciding on these, but went ahead and purchased Rot Lop Fan and Tomar-Re for about $23. Discount + TRU $5 coupon.

Nightwing was finally opened up. Hawkman I got from the MOTUC/DC 2 pack. Been wanting one for awhile, but now trying to sell off Stratos.

Picked the ring's up for $1 each, they were labeled a little higher but the guy gave me a deal....as well as 20% off on the figs as well.

Got myself the Blackest Night figs I had wanted from before (Still more I want though).

Hawkman is nice, but the wings are a tad bit of a pain. Plus the wing joints are painted down, so the articulation is pretty much frozen.
