I must ask, do you think Hasbro has now surpassed Toy Biz?
Wowza nice setup there! I don't have much film legends but that's a fantastic display.
Look at what I found at one of my local Walgreen's:

They had three on the shelf, I was surprised to see how off the eye paint could be. Picked out the best.

I loved Toy Biz' bases that came with the figure. $8 for a figure, large base and large BAF piece.
Thanks, I had no hope I'd find one after a bust on the first and second Walgreens, took a chance on the third and it paid off!Nice score!
Ah, the ToyBiz line definitely gave you more plastic for your buck, but pretty much every line did back in the day.
The bases and BAF’s are cool and all (though I never used the bases myself). But what matters to me are the actual figures themselves. Take any Hasbro version of an old ToyBiz figure and look at em side by side, and you’ll see how much better the Hasbro versions are. Not to mention the quality of plastic. The newer figures are much more sturdy and balanced (this is coming from a guy thats collected since ToyBiz’s very beginnings).

The only bases that I liked where the X-Men fallen Sentinel ones, the rest kind of sucked.
The articulation, proportions, and overall heroic sculpture of the Hasbro versions are much better, The sculpture detail were better on Toy Biz. The BAFs where better on Toy Biz, but the hand sculptures and head/hand accessory options are better on Hasbro (how long did we have to wait for Toy Biz to give Wolverine proper fists!). The paint was the one area that Hasbro never could match Toy Biz on, until now.
Overall I prefer the new Hasbro ML.
New Hasbro blows away TB not even a competition sorry TB nostalgia lovers lol

I love my Toy Biz Marvel Legends. I remember seeing series 1 on the shelves and saying to myself, “You can’t start collecting another toy line because you’ll want them all.” So I started buying them around series 2 or 3. So I have more than I can count. Just peek at my for sale thread and you’ll see dozens of my duplicates.
When Hasbro took over the line, I was concerned about the initial price gouging and loss of detail. The first several waves of Hasbro Legends seemed to have straight edges along feet and muscle tones. It was as if they were trying to make them appeal to children. My Hasbro Kitty Pride (early version) doesn’t really seem in scale with any of my other Legends (or even with herself, with those blocky feet).
Anyway, eventually Hasbro hit their stride and they’ve been blowing me away for the last several years. I love the scale and the detail (with the exception of occasional paint errors). I find myself buying many characters I’ve owned in the Toy Biz line for a decade because Hasbro is doing such great work. They’ve been knocking it out of the park lately!

I bought a few of the Select figures when they first came out and was not impressed and stopped. Recently I picked up Select Movie and comic Thanos and Gladiator Hulk and have been very impressed by them. They need to give them better articulation, especially the hips to totally win me over.I think Diamond Select are the best figures. We just don't see enough of them. Their Rhino figure is one of the best all-time figures IMO. I loved their 70's X-Men and their classic Avengers figures. I wish they would do more classic Spidey villains like Vulture and Mysterio. Oh and a classic Romita Sr Spider-man which I don't think I will ever see made.
Yeah the first couple of waves of Hasbro figures after taking over for Toy Biz were pretty sucky. Their Hercules and She-Hulk were pretty bad although they did a great Fing Fang Foom BAF
