If in Cincy yeah, but you better get to the stores quick because all of the collectors I spoke to at Botcon said that they have been hitting the stores right when the open, and have gotten shipment dates so they know when to check back for new stuff. Also you better get there quick because I'll be doing the same thong.

People in Ohio are Loco:lol

I shall be at the stores before the rising of the sun.:D

We are not Loco.:lol

Fine, I'll just camp out at a new store everynight, so NOW I'll be the first in line every morning to get the freshly restocked TF stuff.

Fine, then I will hire people to sit in tents all night at every Target and ToysRus and get me every Transformer on the shelf.:D

Here's my Botcon haulage. He's a great figure. The posability is awesome. The sculpt and paint aps are spot on to the cartoon.

I love this guy sooooo much. I can't wait to get the rest.

You mean Megs?

Nope, you can get him anywhere, like Target, Toys R Us, Wal-Mart and so on.
I just said "Botcon haulage" because it's the only thing I could get for $40, and that it was the first thing I've gotten from ANY con.

im thinking of picking up a few transformers. ive still got a few of my G1s and i guess i want to relive my youth. anybody recommend anything? is there any good toy series going that has a lot of cool ones to choose from? some of the ones ive been looking at seem kinda cheap. dont really want to go completely high end like the masterpiece series though.

If your looking for NON-TRANSFORMING one go for Revoltech. They are extremely detailed and posable. $25.99

If you liked the '07 movie go for the Movie Premium series, they range from 9.99-39.99.

If you like the new cartoon go with the new animated line. $9.99-19.99.

Now these are all of the current lines that I collect, I'm sure there are others out there too that you may like.

If G1 is your thing then the Hasbro Classics (soon to be renamed Universe) should be suitable as most of the toys are modern upgrades of G1 characters.
The Takara Henkei range has also just come out which has rereleased the older Classics figures (Prime,Megatron,Bumblebee,Starscream etc) with color schemes that are even more faithful to the G1 cartoon).
Forthcoming Universe figures announced at Botcon include,

Prowl
Silverstreak (Bluestreak)
Sunstreaker
Sideswipe
Ironhide
Hound Vs Ravage 2-pack
Powerglide (no longer a minibot)
Silverbolt
Onslaught
Galvatron
Cyclonus with Nightstick

If you want reissues of the original G1 toys then the Takara Encore range has so far released,
01:Optimus Prime
02:Megatron
03:Soundwave with Laserbeak
04:Starscream
05:Ironhide
06:Ratchet
07:Sky Lynx
08:Meister (Jazz)
Coming soon
09:Minibots (Bumblebee with new headsculpt,Pipes,Tailgate,Swerve and Outback)
10:Omega Supreme (has new face sculpt)
11:Skywarp & Thundercracker
12:Metroplex.

I'm not sure of US prices as I'm in the UK but I'm sure someone else will be able to help you out with that.

thanks for the suggestions guys. ive been looking at a lot from different websites. so hard to choose. might pick up a few of the movie voyager class line. good size and fair price and i like the mechanical alien look from the movie. looks like no bumblebee or brawl from the voyager size though.:monkey2
is there any good fansites out there that have a list of just about every transformer toy?

you should seriously get the Voyagers, but if you do, go for the Premium Ironhide and Blackout. They are way more movie accurate, at least in the paint aps department.
