No, you paid for the Reissued Starscream. This is the newer Encore line by Takara, of those reissues.
If you got him back in 01, this is the one you got:

I didn't even notice the Encore stamp on the corner, just looked at the Box art fast and assumed (ASS out of U and ME) from that alone.
Regardless, it's a great toy. btw Jetfire will never be reissued, but I will post pics nonetheless!
Also, I must get myself that Omega!!! I know a local dealer here is selling them. See what he charges first.

that henkei jetfire kicks ass. i just got him recently. the head sculpt looks just like the G1 cartoon but he also has a removable helmet with guns on it that resembles the G1 toy.
