damn. last night i brought up the seacons on BBTS to decide if i wanted to buy them. then i went to look at some more pics to help me decide, but when i came back they were sold out. oh well.

I got some of the universe ultra figures yesterday -- Powerglide, Silverbolt, and Onslaught. They're not bad, but I'm not really that impressed. The lights and sounds are kind of nice, but the plastic they used and the paint jobs make them seem kind of cheap in my opinion. I think this is true of Silverbolt in particular. I don't think I'll be getting any more of these.

Now that's cool.....having them in a row to show the transformation process, very cool. Just a pity Skywarp and Thundercracker are and have always been Starscream re-paints.

Really? I think Onslaught is pretty damn awesome. The only problem I have with him is how the grey cage pieces connect to his feet, especially the leg with the mechanisms for the electronics. Nothing the Dremel couldn't fix, but a pain none the less. I'm waiting for Henkei Powerglide, the white is awful.

I'm not sure about the BFG but the trailer and armor is awesome and I'm really looking forward to receiving it.

I'm currently going re-issue mad....I too will have a TF day in the next couple of weeks, I now have SoundBlaster, Kup/Wheelie, Perceptor and (hopefully) Ultra Magnus & Blaster soon as well.

WOW....Had no expectations for Alternity Convoy, but it turned out great! Shame that it's so freaking small though, 1:32 scale, that's barely bigger then a deluxe...
