150 dollar pricetag. Barely taller then Starscream. Simple transformation. And now barely any diecast, appearantly...I love the sculpt and the look of the figure, but damn, the more I hear of it the more I think it is horribly overpriced. Almost makes me want to wait for a cheaper Hasbro version...Not that big a fan of chrome anyways, unless it's on stuff like grills and bumpers (Henkei Convoy FTW).

Yeah I wasn't aware of the no metal issue,now that I heard that I do think it is surely overpriced.I might have to wait later on when the price comes down to buy it,if that is at all possible.

I do remember all the issues the MP Megatron had.Mine came with a detached arm cause the srew hole was stipped.

lol it's all good. Concerning your question on an mp devastator, unfortunately nothing yet, but if anything will cheer you up, the new movie devastator toy is confirmed to be 2 feet tall and cost over a $100!!!

The closest you can get nowadays to a decent Devastator figure is this Energon combiner, though he's far from perfect, mostly due to the limb reuses and his floppiness:

No. Judging from the pics it's barely taller then a Leader class, and it will NOT transform into individual robots, while individual robots WILL be released. Further more the detailing is ^^^^, the various vehicles aren't even ^^^^ing in scale with each other... IN OTHER WORDS, IT'S A 100 DOLLAR MEGAZORD. WHAT THE ^^^^ HASBRO, WHAT THE ^^^^.
