I'm not quite sure what you mean by Takara Megatron, but ALL G1 Megatron's are the same size.

Just got back from seeing it about an hour or two ago and I loved it! I wouldn't say that it was better than the first, but it certainly wasn't worse. The CGI was amazing.

I just got back back from taken pictures of the cars outside the dome in hollywood. Their pretty sick - prime,BB, ironhide, and sideswipe..I'm 5'9" and I can't see over the bed of ironhide..
