Yeah, I'm really diggin FB Jazz. Why is it "battle damage" always brings out the coolness of every figure? That's why I still prefer my 20th Prime to my MP (well that,and the black gun, and the packaging).

As requested, here's some shots of my TF repaints of the autobots:

Autobots in Alt mode:

I really haven't done a whole lot to Ironhide so i didnt take pics, i'm still considering things i want to try but being all black its hard to detail him and make anything stand out. All the repaints are straightfoward, mostly black base with silver drybrush to get the metallic parts metal finish. Some detailing here and there with other colors or black washes for non metal parts that need detailing.

Not sure what he uses, but I've always used Testors Acryl. Usually the Model Masters stuff.

I dont understand why people like these G1 Repaints on 2007 Robots versions,if we want a G1 we buy one G1 style,i guess these are for the Hardcore collectors.

I think any throwback to old-school is cool. And I really think this new Jazz repaint is killer.

A nod to the G1 collectors is always welcome and well recieved. If only he'd had that paint scheme in the movie, that would've been awesome!
