Well watched the video & don't think I can say anything that hasn't already been said & that it's amazing.
The quality & skill involved is unbelievable simply stunning.

They're pretty good as they are but I think they look their best once they've been modded with original G1 Insecticon parts or the various custom ones that are available at Shapeways and the TFW forums.

I haven't yet got round to modding my own as I was waiting on a set that some guys at TFW were doing but there's not been any news on that project for a while so I may explore one of the other options.

It's bloody amazing, TFC should get the person behind it to do one for Superion as it'd be great advertising.

Only not-Shrapnel looks noticeably different from the familiar profile of the G1 toy but it is possible to arrange some of his blades so they stick up like the G1 pincers which is how I've got mine.

Nice, the insecticons were some of my favorite G1 'cons so updated ones are always interesting.
Hopefully I can get them...I am nearing my maximum on the auction though & don't really want to go any more on them (Need to save in case that elusive Faith Leader turns up lol)

Yeah, there's a lot of ****e on YouTube but that Constructicons video is one of my favorite vids.

One of the things I like most about being able to buy what TF's I want is the ability to complete various teams.

Considering I had 3 siblings and my parents were only of modest means I did OK during G1 but I still remember seeing all the Insecticons & all the Dinobots ( not counting Swoop who was never released here ) in toy shops and dreamed of having the lot.

It's my understanding that it popped up on the screen, at the end of a panel. But no comments were made about it

Is this about the one when they officially announced MP Soundwave? I remember they did it to poke fun of people who thought the MP Soundwave silhouette was Shockwave but won't hold my breathe until I see him.

Obviously, the joke was lost because people took that as confirmation he's in the works. Frankly, I'd rather Ultra Magnus, Galvatron, and Fairlady trio before anyone else. And Jazz too, of course. I really wish they were able to push out MP's in a more timely manner. So many characters to do.

I was quite lucky as a kid & my parents were pretty generous (wouldn't say they were well off but they certainly went without so me & my brother could have what we wanted at Christmas & Birthdays) so between us we had quite the collection & the Insecticons were just one's I had to have...funnily enough my brother was like that with the Dinobots lol

I actually picked up the Takara re-issue Insecticons when they were released & they are still nestled safely in their sealed box.
I am considering re-buying the US release so I can open them to have one set displayed.

If the rumor about Encore Dinobots turns out to be legit I'll definitely get those.

Received my MP-9 v2 Rodimus from Robot Kingdom is a record breaking 4 days! It was perfectly packaged - couldnt ask for better protection of an expensive collectible!

But OMFG he is the biggest pain the arse to transform into car mode. I am unlikely to ever do it again!!! No matter how hard I tried, I still couldnt get it to all fit nicely!!

The biggest issue was I couldnt collapse the elbows far enough, so there was a little gap in car mode. And things just didnt align so car definitely wont roll. Totally over engineering, but its saving grace is that it looks totally bad ass

I have the V1 at home & have never ever attempted to transform him...he just scares the bejesus outta me.

I had wondered if I should upgrade to the V2 but I can't justify the money & I'm happy enough with my one.

Congrats on getting him anyway he's a fine addition to the collection

Yeah, congrats on getting that V2. Luckily, I didn't have any issues with my V1 and I don't really touch it. I just bought the TRU version yesterday though and I think I'll "play" with that one once I get it in.

Anybody have a pic of TRU Rodiumus attached to the Takara trailer? Just curious to see how they look together.

For the most accurate TV scale, what should I be looking at:

Voyager Optimus and Bulkhead, Deluxe for all of the other Autobots?

Did they ever make a first edition Voyager Megatron?
