Yeah they did a Nemesis Prime repaint for the original MP-01 as well (MP-01B)

They even cashed in with a Nemesis Rodimus Prime repaint as well.

In fact iGear did one as well so along the lines there has been a Nemesis MP in all flavours lol

I'll skip him as well like I did with the MP-01 version.
I don't buy the repaints of any figures...Well except the Seekers...but they needed buying irregardless of repaint or not.

More news: FansProject are releasing slight repaints of Munitioner and Explorer to coincide with the upcoming Asia Exclusive Bruticus, which features a more G1 deco.

On a different note, if they ever do a 2nd take on MP Megatron, then I hope they base it on this design. It's probably the best attempt at a tank G1 Megatron yet and could make for a wicked toy.

Now I've seen better pics of the Rumble & Frenzy mold I think it does look better than the PerfectEffect one and it turns into a tape so I'll resell the PE ones now otherwise the value will plummet.

It'll be nice to get a decent G1 Ravage in the collection as well and the Laserbeak/Buzzsaw mold is kickass so once I've got Iron Man Mark I version 2.0 I'll be pre-ordering Soundwave and tapes.

I predict Ratbat will be included with the Soundblaster repaint as a way of enticing people who wouldn't normally buy such a repaint.

I've always loved soundwave's concept and design (mini robots inside, ala gordion concept) since I first watch transformers during the 80s. This is definitely a must buy for me for nostalgias sake.

No Soundblaster is a different character than Blaster.

In the Japanese Headmasters Soundwave & Blaster have a big battle & they both die.

The Decepticons rebuild Soundwave as Soundblaster (looks exactly the same but Black in colour)

The Autobots rebuild Blaster as Twincast (again the same but in blue / Yellow / Red)

So Soundblaster will be exactly the same as Soundwave but black (think the same as Nemesis Prime)
