Nobody knows atm if starscream is even gonna be sold in the US yet. My bet is yes and he will be sold without his gear.

This is a big issue for me right now. After getting TC, my MP-03 is woefully insufficient. I really want that Starscream, but knowing that Starscream is the primary seeker, and most likely the third or fourth most well known Transformer characters ever makes me think that he has to get a U.S. release at some point. But you just never know with these things. Considering the Japanese version costs about 2 1/2 times what the U.S. TC costs through eBay though, I'm feeling pretty patient.

As much as Id like to see a US release of Starscream,Ill all for getting a new Skywarp first,Hasbro or Takara. Mainly because Ive got both Screamer and TCracker in the new mold and it feels incomplete without him. Either way Im buying both/all MP figures.

Pretty sure those are both official rereleases of the original figures. Not sure if the Soundwave packaging will resemble the original packaging or not though.

Some things I really dont care for on these releases are Primes smokestacks are gimped,they arent the long ones(USA releases had this,Japanese version had the long stacks) and Soundwaves tape door is the newer protruding style. I prefer the one that sits flush with his body. Overall still great figures though.

Didn't plan to get 3 jets but my local Toys R Us had Thundercracker so he ended up coming home with me too. Is Thundercracker getting hard to find? My local TRU had several in stock.

depends on where you guy I think. the TRU close to home had quite a few in stock but the one out by my school has none

Well my iGear Faith Leader did indeed turn up yesterday & I'm in 2 minds about him.

No doubting how fantastic he looks & is the perfect rendition of Prime.

But by christ is he flimsy!!!

Bit's keep falling off mine (the cover on the head, one of the feet, bit on the wrist) & oh my god how fiddly is he to Transform??
I can't do it for fear of breaking parts of him he's that flimsy.

I did google for a video on how to do it but everyone just seems to be reviewing him in Robot mode already so no joy there & the instructions are next to useless

I go about halfway though last night but gave up & put him back into truck mode in the box which at the moment is where he'll be staying.

I'm a little sad with it & so far seems like a waste of £60, might get better over time when I can get him into Robot mode but right now he's very meh & I should have just plumped up the extra for MP10

I have no idea on the Transformation...I have an MP-01 Toy R Us version & he's still sealed in the box so haven't tried to transform him before.
Faith Leader is pretty hard though so based on this I won't be trying with MP-01 or 10 when I get him either lol

I bought him new from an Ebay seller.
It's the version 2 with the Cape, Megatron & Alpha Trion heads

The reason I asked was both my Faith and Ultra leaders seem cheaper in quality and fragile but they are pretty sturdy. Ive knocked over ultra leader many times, my cat too and hes never broken anything. I was afraid to break him the first time I transformed him and it probably took me 30mins to finally get him transformed. Now its as easy as cake.

I checked and his transformation is the same as MP01 molds. There should be many vids out there to help guide you. Ill see if I can find one specifically for Faith Leader. Good luck bro.
