I don't think Walmart has the Masterpiece Starscream anymore. From what I heard, it was rather limited. You can still get the Japanese edition, which is identical, but of course more expensive. I think BBTS has it, and it's probably available on ebay.

Definitely prefer the US release on Starscream... but as a fan of the original cartoon the oddball paint scheme is integral to my memory of the character. The Takara version just doesn't look right to me.

I'm talking about the Japanese version of the American version, which uses the G1 colors.

It's $94.99 at BBTS, but that is more than twice what it was at Walmart.

They do still have the American version for the same price apparently.

Wow, wonder why they'd release the Japanese (G1 color) version in the same crappy packaging!?! Thats really the better part of the Masterpiece series is the simple boxes... makes them a lot easier to store.

I've got the hasbro optimus prime masterpiece version. had him a while. The original 50th anniversery one that was mostly metal, not the re-release that was plastic. I want to get my hands on the starscream from wal-mart, but can't seem to find one. Does walmart still carry him? or no?

I think you meant 20th anniversary...they ain't been around that long!

I seriously doubt it...Especially cause it's up in the air if that leaked treatment was even real.

Also: Animated Grimlock is the best Grimlock since the original. Just a shame he isn't that detailed (animated style after all) and that NO-ONE BUT THAT ONE REVIEWER SEEMS TO GET THE ARMS RIGHT!

As for the TF2 script, Bay did say that he was going to purposely leak fake scripts to throw people off this time, to retain the surprise once the movie comes out.
