They're talking aborted fetuses, which I think is illegal anyway, but the stigma is still there.

United Way is like this. In our small town, the top guy running it makes six figures, which is downright a crime.

its been known tool for money laundering scheme. a couple of high society monkey bizzniz had been caught in this.
on a related note, i heard somebody who won the lottery here actually went to starship(kids hospital) and asked them what stuff they needed and gave it to them rather than handing a fat wad cash.

i'd prefer volunteer work/duty than handing out cash myself.
