Well ... here's some stupid crap ...

https://www.myfoxhouston.com/story/26398787/baby-girl-drenched-in-ice-bucket-challenge

Grandfather takes the 'ice bucket' challenge with his infant granddaughter (in front of him in a plastic walker). The little girl gets wet. This happens in Indianapolis (I think). The little girl's father -- in Houston (obviously a very involved father from a thousand miles away) -- sees the video after it goes viral, and says he 'recognizes' the girl. And he's outraged. So he reports it to the cops as child abuse ... who are now investigating.

Because an infant got water poured over her. Remarkably, the child survived. Good grief.

It's an image gone viral, a baby girl drenched in water as part of her grandfather's "ice bucket challenge." Commented on by social media users nationwide, a Houston area man is now claiming he is the child's father, and he is not happy about what he saw in that video.

Late Thursday afternoon, Fox 26 also learned local law enforcement officers are now investigating after Claude Dalcour filed a complaint.

"I was shocked, appalled," Dalcour said in an interview with Fox 26. When asked if he immediately recognized the child upon watching the video, Dalcour said, " Yes. Yes, I thought that's my daughter. It brought me to tears, like I was hurt, angry. That's all I can say."

Dalcour, who is still married but separated, wouldn't give us his soon-to-be ex-father-in-law's phone number, but he did offer several family photos as proof of his claim to the child in the video.

"It's abuse because my daughter is an infant," Dalcour said. "She doesn't know what's going."

ICE BUCKET FRAUD: ALS FOUNDATION ADMITS THAT 73% OF DONATIONS ARE NOT USED FOR ALS RESEARCH

Over 73% of all donations raised are going to fundraising, overhead, executive salaries, and external donations. Less than 27% is actually used for the purpose we donated for.

According to the ECFA, a charitable watchdog, 27% of donations actually making it to the cause they are donated to is unacceptable. In fact, the ECFA won't deem a non-profit as a reliable charity unless at least 80% of donations make it to their intended projects.

Employee salaries at the ALS Foundation are out-of-this-WORLD!

not 27, supposedly it is just 7

Read above.

I have no idea if what is stated is true but I wouldn't doubt it. Charities are that way. If they think this one is bad, then they should check out a lot of the Vets charities.

80% is considered legit? Well, they better be checking on a lot of charities because I know most cancer charities don't get that much for research, including breast cancer.

And United Way........now there's a rip off.

Throw The Red Cross in there as well.

It's funny that so many filthy-rich celebrities participated in this charity, and it only raised $16 million dollars - 73% of which is being pocketed by the higher ups :lol.

It made much more than that! 16 million is the 27% of the 62 million that it made at the time. I'm sure it's made more by now.
