Anakin Skywalker PF Coming

Obi-Wan is a key character in ROTS and must be captured in a statuesque way, like Ani has been made. As I said the best way to make a ROTS Obi-Wan PF is the image I posted before IMO as he looks concerned, calm and ready to fight at the same time. I personally don't like the pose where he fights Grievous at all for a PF.

Definitely, the pose you posted embodies Obi-Wan, just needs some subtle arm positioning to breathe a little more life into it. Statuesque poses like the promo you posted are great for statues, but because PF uses real fabrics, something that causes better flow to the costume and all for a more dynamic look would be great. As I said, Anakin is pretty basic in pose, but there is a certain life within it that I'd want in an Obi-Wan as well.

That's not a bad pose, but I think to make the piece a little more visually interesting, it'd be better to go with something similar to this pose.

That's the best pose IMO.
Perfect for Obi-wan. It would look good with Anakin or standing alone. The Grievous fight pose wouldn't go well with anything but the PF Grievous. IMO

Ya, the only thing I would change in that pose is his right arm. Something about the way he has it elevated seems unnatural, almost like he's doing the Grievous pose but not completing it. Do something better with the right arm and keep the feel of the rest of the shot and that'd make a nice PF.

I sure hope if they do a ROTS Obi-Wan PF, it's with his robe on, would look weird to have Anakin robed and Obi-Wan disrobed.

Yeah, I'd bring the right arm down just a touch and it would be golden.

That's why I went off on an Obi challenging Grievous tangent (for kicks) as that right arm just doesn't look natural.

I don't know. Don't personally care for either of those poses. I like the ROTS pose because it feels very Obi-Wan like. If that makes sense.

Ya, I'm just trying to think of a good pose for that right arm.

This one would be pretty cool and has the Anakin PF pose feel to it.

Use the same angle the ROTS right arm is at but the level of the first AOTC photo.

Kinda agree with you Sean. Anyway a pose that suits perfectly next to the Anakin PF. And by the way, as you posted before the robe is a must.

I canceled Aragorn and keeping Anakin. The SW PF line is one of the few lines I'm trying to complete. The PF has been amazing got to keep it going.

I think I would too. That Aragorn sculpt is top notch.

Of course I'm getting both so I won't have to make such a choice but I have a good feeling the Aragorn Excl will get the axe and I'll look to pick up a regular down the road for a discount. Keeping the Anakin Exclusive.

I picked Anakin... Of course I'm collecting the SW PF line (minus $$$ biker scout) and I've purposely stayed away from the LOTR PF line... A tough call but I suppose it'd have to be the line (or sculpt) that you like best.
