the maquette by gg is the way to go. most of the appeal of the character is his eyes are on his wings, which should be too large to be represented in bust form. the maquette is 32.5" tall!!

bbts has the maquette for $259.99. expect those to move fast after tomorrow's official premiere.

this maquette is huge as well!! just imagine a bust, i have no idea if i would get either maquette or bust but im sure they will both look cool, it just depends how cool the character is in the movie.

I agree, no wings makes this an ugly and boring design for a bust. Add the wings, and this thing just became incredibly expensive, like in the four digits. In which case, I am out. So thumbs down for me when it comes to this bust. Yes, it's a cool idea. Love the character's design, but without the wings it just doesn't do much for me.

I'm in the same boat Tom. I have no real interest in this piece and wont be ordering regardless, but so far response has been relatively low. I bet SS impresses the hell out of all of us next Thursday durng the revealing...
