I agree. The trooper belt could have been better but I am happy with the hat and goggles. A blaster helmet would have been cool but I doubt I would have ever posed him with it.
I doubt i'll ever pose him with the hat and goggles but i still want them. Maybe if i got a Biggs figure.
I don't imagine he'd look good posed with it anyway as it would be unwearable without a second head sculpt.
An who wants to hide that sculpt anyway?
I don't, but the only value I see in the helmet is if it's wearable and you could setup his training with the Old Ben figure and the remote, elsewise it's just a pretty basic helmet.
No helmet, and the head is sculpted with regular hair and wouldn't accommodate a properly scaled helmet.

That would've been cool esp with a grappling hook, but since Han didn't come with one it'd be odd for Luke alone to have one. Maybe an accessory pack of 2 belts, 2 guns and a grappling hook? Yeah prolly won't happen...

Seems to extreme for an con piece. It seems like the pattern is to offer just a slight variation to an existing piece, which I think a new HS and added accessory which adds to the value of Old Ben having the probe, or to offer a fresh piece that's pretty out there so if the standard market misses out on it, they're not burning any bridges with customers, like Hold Sid and Yavin Luke, those were really for the hardcore collectors, many passed and were fine with missing out.

Fear not, because in ANH, Luke uses the remote on the Falcon for a time (unsuccessfully) without the helmet.
Man i hope the paint holds cause this is the definitive Luke for me. And not because it's the one that looks over the twin sunsets either. It's because it's this young man with HUGE force potential and has no idea, that always has made me like this luke more.

Bump cause i'm excited, I want this one so bad and it's the next figure for me. May the paint be strong with this one.
