I'm not saying one is better than the other here...

Lets go by ratings.

The Taking with 6.4

Escape from New York with 7.2

The Crow with 7.6

I only brought up Pelham 123 remake since it's a bad movie with a ton of ratings.

i Recently watched the Crow actually. In my opinion, its a classic, it has a great style and good characters you can invest it, Angers me that they made horrendous sequels trying to rehash the same ideas. Its a shame what happen to Brandon also, i bet he would of been a big star, I hope Hot Toys does a crow figure, its a bad@$$ character that deserves a cool figure!!!

I never said you were. I'm not praising one and bashing the other, that was just an explanation of the facts. Take it however you want. Hey, if this turns out to be Anakin Skywalker I'll be pissed but I won't attempt arguing that he doesn't deserve a HT figure or that the Crow is more popular. I'd understand. And Anakin is a hell of a lot more likely than Snake judging from what we see, even more so than another Joker.

YUP!

Im a major fan of both films. I LOVE the Snake Character and The Crow is one of my favorite films so im hoping and would be find with both. Im just happy that if it is one of them, Hot Toys is going after more creative licesnses.

Agreed. I'm glad to see HT breaking up the Iron Man onslaught with spontaneous gems from the decades before it. If we'd gotten the other I'd still be happy because it means HT's feeling nostalgic with their licenses and, hell, so am I.

Well that's good... I figured from the length of hair and bit of white it was yet another Joker. Didn't notice the black coat until someone else said it was The Crow.

I thought the movie was a piece of **** and still do, but it's a cool looking design and I'm glad that fans can finally get a licensed 1/6 version. I know he's been at the top of many "must have" lists.

Take that back I never liked it the 1st time took me 2 watches to like it more I hated the others they were terrible there will only ever be one crow film!

If Hot Toys would smell what the Rock is cooking, they would know that any licenses from the 70s 80s and 90s are an endless gold mine.

But, Iron Man is the cheap cash in currently.

Well they only break the onslaught for a few figures then doubles up the IM onslaught to keeps it ahead

I wonder if they'll include an Eric Draven tombstone. It's probably the best way you could have the actual bird crow since it could be pearched on top. It'll look funny if they include a bird mid-flight.

This has me so excited,I just watched The Crow blu-ray after seeing the teaser.Here's my guess of what he would come with
1.the crow
2.the necklace
3.the guitar
4.shotgun
5.2 pistols

THIS would be perfect Throw in some ciggs and Hangman record too
