Another remake...Jacob's Ladder

I really liked this movie, it had a definate creep factor.


Jeff Buhler, who wrote the Clive Barker adaptation "The Midnight Meat Train," is penning the script.

I haven't watched the original film in years, & I remember really liking it too.

What an obscure movie to remake

Original was good, felt like a 70's mind **** horror film.

Jacob's Ladder has long been one of my favorite films. A deeply disturbing, yet profoundly emotional and moving film.

This remake does not have my support.

the surprise payout for this movie was at the end when we find out that jacob's ladder was an experiment of mind altering drugs to turn soldiers into berserkers. how do you remake a movie like this when everyone already knows the ending? i smell a total recall debacle.

I wouldn't say everyone knows the ending. It bombed. So not sure who thinks it will make money the second time around.

Nine out of ten people probably haven't even heard of it, muchless seen it to know the ending.
