If you know how tall those characters would be in real life, in that pose, and if you can measure the ones you have, you can figure out the scale:

statue height/real life height = scale.

So a typical Hot Toys or Sideshow figure would be...
12" figure / 72" tall man = 1' figure / 6' tall man = 1/6.

I was just kidding about those scales, by the way. I think EvilFace is right, I doubt anyone here collects that stuff. But a quick trip to google taught me:

Tychus Findlay = 18 inches, so I am assuming 1:4 is the scale.

Diablo 3 Overthrown = 18 inches, 1:4 scale

blood elf rogue vs draenei paladin diorama = 18 inches from base to tip but it would appear the actual scale is likely 1:8 or 1:9 like most of their diorama pieces.
