Any trick to ordering from Gentle Giant?

Got my tracking number for Mara too. Tracking says it is on the truck for delivery, but its not scheduled for delivery until monday.

Sep 9, 2006 7:24 AM - On FedEx vehicle for delivery
Pkg scheduled for delivery on Sep 11

6:43 AM At local FedEx facility
1:13 AM Left origin

Sep 8, 2006 10:05 PM - Arrived at FedEx location
Picked up - CARSON, CA

Strange that I also got a tracking number last night and live in California, but the tracking number doesn't work. I have no ETA on my order.

Tom,

Did you just click on the link in the email? If you have not done this try the actual fed ex web site. When I click on the link in the email it does not work. However when I put the tracking number in the tracking box on the fed ex website it gives me all the normal information.

I have the same problem. Mine also has no information when I tried it. I click on the track button and then it still says no information. It takes about a week to get here so I assume it will be here by Friday.

I would guess you get it today. The Pkg scheduled for delivery on Sep 11 should be the estimate, it does not always change even though it out for delivery? Also where are you? Im not understanding why I'm not getting mine today, if others in LA area are. Mine was at Carson at 9:46pm

I'ts funny, the same thing happened last week with Han/Mace they shipped friday, loaded on a truck saturday morning with an est. delivery of the following wednesday, I figured that was wrong and was ready to drive 20 mins to work to pick them up. They ended up showing up on tuesday, due to Labor Day, but hey at least it wasn't wednesday!

I always thought you had to pay extra for saturday shipping anyways, so it doesn't bother me or anything. Just seems silly to rush it here overnight and then let it just sit there.

Anyway, I'm in Vegas, and always get very quick service from the LA area, as long as one of those pesky weekends don't get in the way. I kid, I kid..

Actually, Fedex delivery week is Tuesday through Saturday. They are off on Sunday and Monday. Actually that much is pretty smart on their part since if they can't catch someone at home during the week they usually can on Saturday.
