Were these ever released? If not, does anyone know when they will be? (I also recall seeing images of Iceman and Magneto Mighty Muggs that were to be sold as Target exlcusives...?)

I know that they never made it to TRU stores.

My guess is Hasbro needed to pump out as much ROTF and GIJOE toys as they could, so resources were pulled from their other toy lines.
