The portrayal of cyclops was awful..acting or not the writing was off as many said bcz he was a total ***** and thats not who/what cyclops is. he's the damn leader of the x-men, brave and strong and a beast (not literally )…

In regards to the Michael B jordan il go in with an open mind, and again he's a helluva actor which I'm well aware of (fruitvale station, the wire)..

I disagree. I think they just wanted racial diversity in the group and changed Johnny's race just for that reason. It has worked in some cases (Jackson as Fury) but for me personally, the fact that Sue and Johnny are brother and sister makes this change awkward. Where does it stop? A latino Batman, a Chinese Iron Fist, a White Luke Cage? I say stick with the comic characters history and roots. Most of these movies take quite a few liberties with the characters to begin with. There's no need to change the characters race too.

Yes, just copy the script. Easy haha

Yeah. I mean, people give Singer grief for Cyclops. But that was a decent casting, the writing was just terrible. And look and singers other casting... Wolverine, professor x, magneto, Jean grey, bobby, etc. All great. Storm wasn't too bad either.

I do think Singer gets a little too much credit though at times. I think he's done a lot right with X-Men. Not perfect, but a worthy effort for sure. I like that Fox keeps building upon the foundation. Gives you something to hold on to rather than a reboot every 10 years.

I think he'll turn out well on screen. They got plenty of time to get their act together. Big shoes to fill though....literally.

Well, I ended up shipping back both the defective replacement head and body, and the flawed original (two huge boxes). Hopefully I will be able to pick up a reg or ex later down the road in better condition. This is a great statue executed with poor QC. Congrats to all that got a keeper.

I got the exclusive. The chainsaw is awesome but I got tired of its height. With the plasma cannon he fits nicely in his designated besta shelf.

I like the chainsaw, but I agree. I think the canon looks better and is more practical for display purposes. Classic Apoc.
