I just want an Apocalypse statue This one looks cool despite the QC issues I have been reading.

The EX seems to be the main ones with the issues while the reg sound like they turned out ok.

Anyone know how tall he is with the saw? the reg is 30" I believe.

To the top of the saw is just about 31 inches.

This statue is a BEAST and looks great if you can pick one up with solid QC. I have the EX (mine turned out good) and he's phenomenal.

Yea I just plan to get the regular. Its not the height that I am worried about but the depth. If I can angle him it would be perfect but dont think the base and the arm will fit and allow the doors to close.

It's one of my favorite statues I own. The entire thing is just so great looking. Best to get one now because once the new xmen movie comes out I bet this thing will finally sell out (reg version) and you'll see a price hike on ebay.

Hey guys! I know this is a longshot but what the heck. is anyone not using the chainsaw and would be willing to sell it? Or would anyone know how i can possiblly score one? I just got the regular a few days ago and i lucked out. He's pristine and just a massive beast!!!! I've always wanted the exclusive though but was too worried about a possible qc issue, that's why i never pulled the trigger.

This is an AWESOME statue. I highly recommend getting it if you are a fan of the character. Grab the EX, there's not much of a price difference and it looks phenomenal when you set him up with it. You can always leave the saw in the box if you want to display the cannon. However, you may just change your mind when you see the chain saw in person. You won't have any regrets if you have the EX. You may have some regrets if you don't. That happened with a good friend of mine. He ordered a REG because he was sure he'd only want to display the cannon. Then he came over to my place and saw the EX. Right after that he sold his REG and tracked down an EX because he loved the way the saw looked. I think I remember someone here selling his EX for $550. Check out the for sale section. Whatever you decide to do, Apoc is an incredible piece and he'll look great in your collection if you decide to pick him up.

I was in the same boat, deciding between the reg and ex. In the end I went with the reg due to the great deal I got, but I'm also glad I didn't spend all the extra money on the ex. The saw looks great, but to me the cannon looks better. Just a personal preference.

Not wrong. I spent so much time trying to find the Ex, paid a lot of money for it and ended up preferring the cannon over the saw

I do like the canon more as well, so I have no problem getting the Reg. But if I do find a reasonable priced EX, then I'll get that. Absolutely no pressure to spend more money to get the EX on my part, tho. Thanks for the input, guys.

For whatever reason, the EX had QC issues. However, the REGs turned out good. Go figure.
