Mother of God...does that mean you spent almost $10,000 in sideshow statues? If my recollection is correct that you get $1 SS for each $20 spent.

That's about right. It adds up after about two years of faithful spending or one hard year of going all in when you first start.

Ya about that. I used my other $500 in points a couple years ago. So I'm sure I've spent well over 20k since I still had hundreds of dollars worth of pending points after I used $500.

Now I'm just pondering if I should use it on Galactus or Apoc?

I'm getting the batman pf paid with all points and still have about $300 in points. By year end I should b over 400 and getting another pf free. The point system is fun but u gotta keep your orders focused with ss.

don't worry about it, I think your showing up at a great time. all the DC items are just being released and there is a new spiderman line and im sure we will get new avengers with the new movies coming out. I wouldn't spend money trying to catch up, just enjoy the ride, your money will go much further.

Yea I had to be selective as well and go for regulars at times to save a few bucks. But there are decent deals for older grails if you're persistent and patient. That being said, there are so many cool pieces coming out at an alarming rate, there will never be a shortage of awesomeness for new collectors.

I have to catch up with some things and ride the current wave with others. There's a balance and just because you missed out on something when it was released and need to pay a bit of a premium to get it shouldn't preclude you from having something you really want.

As for Pf Apocalype, when I saw him at sdcc my jaw hit the floor. I don't currently have any PF figures, but this or Gladiator Hulk will likely be my first... Unless I hit the lottery and get that Galactus.

got my galactus coming in very soon, cant wait its been sooooo long of a wait. As for the apocalypse I would love to get it but its just too much now that im buying the galactus. It does look amazing.
