I wish SS would make those way bigger and I really hope the cloak still has the wire at the bottom. With all that motion it does not look good just laying.

Look at the 360 and rotate Aragorn to this angle:
On the 360 his cloak is much more flared out on his left side. I think the wire is still there.

I hope the wire is still there in his cloak also, but honestly it won't be that big a deal for me if it isn't. I mean in the movies it's not like he has a wire in there and posed it whenever he got a chance. I think it will still work without it, yeah it's cool to be able to pose it, but it's also more realistic if it just lays there like fabric is supposed to. Just my opinion of course.

The pose of Aragorn is a moving one, he's running then. If you're running, your cloak will be blown backwards, and you can reach the same effect with wire in his cloak.

Well, he wasn't made of polystone in the movies either.
The point of the wire is to make the cloak hang in a way that looks realistic for the pose. He's moving in this pose, so I think its reasonable that the cloak be moving as well, not hanging straight down.

The robe looks just fine in the production pic above so I'm not concerned. Taking one step forward and looking determined doesn't make a cloak fly backwards like Superman.

I'm starting to warm up to the look of the cloak as it is. Like Khev said, he's really not moving forward fast enough to make much movement of the cloak. If the wire is still there, cool. If not, no biggie to me.

Adding wire into the cloak would be incredibly easy. I've done it with 1/6 figures. Shouldn't be a point of contention at all. Especially since my Waitlist for the Exclusive just converted.
Just noticed there is no wait list availble now. I just got on a little over a week ago. Man do I feel lucky!
