Hi all,
Seems like there's an Aragorn PF included in the Diane Kamahele Memorial
Ebay auction event. If it's the prototype or a production piece is hard to
tell but from the coloring of the garments it seems to be the prototype,
and it wouldn't make much sense having a production piece, would it...
There is also something that looks like it could a Daddy Rog to the far left!
I have brightened this picture so it's easier to see compared to the website.

Compared to the prototype the production piece has lost its magic to me. It's the first time I cancelled a pre-ordered SS piece.

I don't think you should feel bad about it. I canceled my Ex too for the production piece is IMHO much different than what we thought we were getting. I particularly think that the tilt in the head was a big plus and now it's gone. I will be attending SDCC and will have a look at it and if I like it, I will put my name on the wait list. I'm not worried about not getting an Exc.

The Aragorn for auction is going to be a PRE-PRODUCTION sample, NOT the Prototype. So I am guessing it should look closer to the production Aragorn than the prototype.

I ordered AFTER looking at the before and after pics. Can't really see the problem with #2 He's swinging his sword. He shouldn't look like he's getting ready to slip Liv the tongue. He should look battle ready. Now he does.

The Aragorn most likely at the Con is the Proto. Most of the time the one they have is the one-up proto when they have anything in display.

I just got off the phone with SS and they said that Aragorn is still on schedule, and that they should be arriving in their warehouse this week, and as soon as they get them they'll ship them out to us. So they should be shipping out sometime this week. I read on Statueforum that someone called as well and SS told him that they were supposed to ship out last Friday, and that the trucks were delayed, but the representative told me that they are actually still on schedule, and weren't even supposed to arrive in their warehouse until this week. So I guess the wait continues......
