Are sculpts from 3d printing/scanning cheating?

The face sculpt in statues I feel is secondary for me i look at the overall pose and body sculpt. If those are great I'll take a head sculpt with a bit less accuracy.

What made me buy the t1pf was the bad ass pose and the accuracy of arnie's face was the cherry on top.

There's printers that print in wax that have extremely high resolutions.

that's pretty amazing, it said "Some printers now support up to 16 million colors so your Polypainted detail will appear on the finished product." Does that mean not only will it automatically create the sculpt, it will paint it for you as well?
