I've nearly finished the black suit. It took about 30-40 coats with black dye. It dried really quickly so it didn't take long. The muscle satin chrome shows underneath. I'd like a drape cape but stole the wired one from my ZSJL for now. I was trying the get the matte black look, especially on the boots.
I did pretty much the same body I did for the other one. Didn't have any more BvS boots so just used MoS ones.

I’m really shocked Hot Toys haven’t revisited this for a 2.0 considering they’ve done Batfleck 2.0. I have the INART Superman on PO but would take a 2.0 of this all day if it looked right!
Yea, I wish they would make an MOS 2.0 as that needs it more than their previous versions. But, they're trying to compete with InArt and the BvS suit design is sort of considered the official suit for Cavill's superman given that design was used in JL/ZSJL as well.

I know some have said the Inart body isnt big enough for the BvS look, any chance a body swap with this suit would work? I know the underlying muscle suit’s musculature was different in MoS.

There is no body readily available for use. You will need to modify a body to fit the silhouette. I modified the MOS body to fit that look. The hot toys BVS bodies will need heavy mods since it's comically huge. Probably better to just modify the Inart body. You can use a pixie sculpt and just sand it down. You'll need a chrome paint pen afterwards.

I don't have InArt in hand although I should today. From what I've seen and experienced with the MoS figure I think it will work quite well.
Even a BvS body in a MoS suit looks better than a standard MoS, just a bit big.

Yes, the muscle undersuit is different but it's still shiny metal human musculature under a mesh suit. I ended up going with a BvS/JL muscle pattern for mine and it's so subtle anyway.
