Statue Are Electric Tiki Munsters Statues Off. Sideshow?

I don't have a box to look at and the Electric Tiki website is a little vague as to whether The Munsters statues are official Sideshow or just distributed by Sideshow. Anybody know?

They were distributed by Sideshow, I think the black and white versions were a Sideshow exclusive tiki did for them.

electric tiki is a separate company. sideshow just sells their stuff
