I would assume it will be. You can kinda see a shine to it in the pic, but again you would think that it would say that on the specs.. so....

Yeah I saw the shine that's what made me think why would they do it for a regular MMS release and then release a DX figure with cheap plastic . HTs does some stuff that makes you go

I had gotten kind of burned out on Jack, due largely in part to my frequent Disney trips, where Jack and POTC are on everything. But this figure is shaping up to look so good that I'm looking forward to adding it to my collection.

I'm hoping for $250, but with HT, who knows at this point?

I cant see anything higher than that right now. This looks like it comes with less than the DX Indy so $250 would be the cap I think.

Like I said, I wasn't gonna get any POTC stuff, meaning I have almost no interest, meaning although I heard there was gonna be a DX Sparrow, I never bothered to look for it.



However... now that I've actually seen it...

It kinda pisses me off that $200 is becoming the starting point for these new figures. i mean Bruce was around 200 and he has 2 PERS heads 2 costumes 2 backdrops and a mess of weapons and hands

Jack has 1 PERS head with 2 switch out faces, 1 costume ( although very detailed ) 1 set piece, 4 weapons and extra hands. They could have added a backdrop of the the rest of the boat with the ocean or something. Maybe thrown in a treasure chest and bottle of rum. Maybe the monkey in a cage

Just doesn't look like 250

It all depends on which character you like more. If I could only choose one I'd pick Jack, but that's just me.
