Its the best view that I could find ,But look at the picture ,there is a groove in the base (semi circle).thats where the chain link on the snake rests on to support the weight.

One Question?....Is the girl meant to be looking directly at the snake? If not then it's not a problem even if I do prefer it. Either way when I permanently set this up on the shelf I won't display the girl

After several attempts I figure how to put the snake head together.Its playing against gravity with the bottom part resting on the base a bit.If I leave it alone its fine.But I think I'm still gonna put a magnet in the base part and the head part just to be on the safe side.

Wolf, it does seem you can just glue the magnet in place instead of making a hole.1/16th (thick)rare earth magnets will do the trick without taking too much space in the holes.


Its the same thing with fury of the beast where you had to play with it to sit flush with the base.

Thanks zeus. I have the small rare earth magnets and if there is a peg hole it will be a piece of cake to improve the stability.

hmm that really sucks. prob gonna end up passing on this... the stability issues is a pretty big killer for me.

Noooo! Don't sleep on this! It is a totally awesome piece, I mean come on a 1/4 scale Conan dio. Conan looks powerful also and 5 heads to choose from!

Definetely not 5 heads, the EX isn't available anymore on the ARH site. Least not that I saw. But I really would just want to display him with the closed mouth helmeted head and someguy earlier told me that is not the exclusive head. I hate having to do stuff to "fix" a statue when it should have came like that in the first place... like i said will wait on pics and what peple say when they receive both pieces in hand. Hopefully it won't sell out. A grand + is a lot to drop ><

Right, I forgot that the web ex is sold out and that info is spot on about the helmet head. I like that one best also.

Ok I rechecked all the boxes, numbers match #159 here. So do the numbers on Ares #117 and Angel #121. The Conan Sacrifice though is #68. I'm setting up a new display in my main living room come Monday so I won't be opening up yet. Works out well since I'd rather we get a solution to the jittery Snake first. I'd rather go the magnet route vs putty for the ability to disassemble later. Unless putty allows it easily? Dunno personally since I haven't worked with either on my own. What are your views?

To me the piece is fine without the girl. Even the SS Conan Ape dio there was word that a girl might be made. I think it'll be too much IMHO

Considering that only 300 Snakes with these Heads and Axe were made, It's pretty rare just like the Conan ex extra Head band head...remember they made 600 Conans(300 ex and 300 reg).... So this Snake/girl/3 heads/Axe are twice as rare as the Conan/2 heads/axe/sword.. This will be a hard piece to find one day and I'm sure go up in value...remember Medusa?

This photo is 100% right...The Snake's Metal Colar goes on that...fits right on it...very important to remember when putting this together
