Let me explain, just to end this 'I said so'-dump.
Hano was and kind of still is a well respected member here. If people start to feel uncomfortable it is usually because of misunderstanding. If you would have posted your concerns in a more civiliced way without insulting people - plural as you also went mad on Elvis - everbody would have been cool with you. This board has some (un)written rules. Keep friendly and respectful is one of them. Long story short, you behaved like a dog in a porcelan shop. Calling people out is not leading to anything. If you would have been friendly, explaining yourself and asking for an update or a refund people would have been with you. Think about bud. I know it is always easy to find the error on the other side but sometimes it is one self who is putting fuel in the fire. I would suggest to forget this little quarrel and just wait for the deadline.
BTW: in my eyes there is absolutly no way Hano will get any further payments before he sends out the heads. We have shown that we are trustworthy by sending the deposit. It his time to act now. If he doesnt agree to this Id highly suggest to refund thos people. Personally I dont see me sending money to someone I do not trust at the moment. But after I have received the head I will be happy to send the remaining balance. Other possibility would be if he sends all the heads to smeone like Elvis before the remaining balance is paid.

I just hope he comes through to be honest. It's beyond a joke even for the Joker. But, I doubt it will happen.

Yeah, I've accepted the fact he ran with our money. Any self respecting business person would at the very least, explain the situation himself. If the dude is not answering Seb's pm's, he will most likely not answer any of us.
Why beat a dead horse any longer? How about someone recasting Hano comic Jokers for those who paid? I'd be willing to pay whoever casts it, the cost of supplies, shipping, and the time they invest casting them. That's IF someone is willing to do that and IF the original owners of the sculpt don't oppose.
That seems fair to me, at least we won't be totally screwed. I bought a BBK Clown, and EF decal for this project.

I still have the Joker from the original deal that, know that i think about it, Hanouman never came through...it was you that provided the heads out of your stock...and not Hanouman....which in hind site i should have never trusted this guy moving forward.... either way...with my work schedule...i don't have time like i used to to paint them right now...so I still have the unpainted head....if you want me to send it to you to recast...let me know...its the least i can do to help out some fellow freaks that got ripped off....let me know if you want me to send the head to you for recasts....

Seb, I think everyone is saying they want to recast the comic Joker he did and offer that to people that ordered Arkham Joker instead, since he bailed on everyone. Normally I"m against recasting but he kinda brought it on himself.

Lets first try to solve this. Hopefully he will somehow come through. Maybe he feels a little motivated by the idea of possible legal actions. Lets just see how this evolves before we start to -attention new forum slang is going to be introduced- 'headplay' his work.
I would highly prefer the Arkham sculpt and since he is from France, he is anything but out of this world for me. I just need his efin address.

i was supposed to get this also and delayed paying him, because i ordered 5 other sculpts from him and they were taking forever to come so i never sent the payment for this, i'm kinda glad i didn't send the money for this now. it really sucks for you guys, i got my sculpts from him but it took a few months. his work is awesome, too bad his communication sucks. i also think people don't want a different head they want the arkham head that's what they paid for.

I acted entirely civilized when I asked for a refund after Hanouman would not respond to everyones request for an update.
The members of this board decided instead of entering a plea to get Hanouman to fulfill a promise he made to everyone to attack me for asking for a refund.
I did not start anything nor wanted it to go any farther than getting my money back.
The members here took it upon themselves to take there frustration out on me because on my lack of faith in this guy. Get it?
Maybe you should have read through the entire thread before you chimed in.
